Little Church at Keystone

Keystone NE

The little town of Keystone was not able to afford to build two church buildings, so in 1908 they built a Combined Catholic and Protestant church. Today it is only used for special occasions like weddings.
Each end of the church is an altar – this is the Protestant altar.
The pews are reversible – the back flips to change direction.

Sioux Army Depot, outside Sidney. Over 800 “igloos” were built during World War II to store and hide ammunition. They were built into the ground and sod was planted for roofs, which were undetectable from the air. They are now used by local farmers to store farm equipment.
I was hoping to see inside one, but the doors were locked.
